Spencer Thomas Boldman (born July 28, 1992) is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Adam Davenport on Disney XD's Lab Rats.
Life and career[]
At the age of 12, he was coaxed into trying out for his school's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream after a teacher saw him perform in his theater class. Boldman ended up getting a lead role and his passion for acting grew from there. Within less than a month after meeting a local talent manager, he was in Los Angeles booking roles on shows like iCarly and I'm in the Band. He has starred in two pilots for Disney Channel, Jack in Jack and Janet Save the Planet, and Adam in Lab Rats, the latter of which was picked up by Disney.
Most recently, Boldman wrapped up production on the feature film 21 Jump Street, starring Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum. On the small screen, he has appeared on Disney XD's I'm in the Band and Nickelodeon's iCarly.
Personal life[]
Spencer Boldman was born in Dallas, Texas, and raised in the suburb of Plano. Boldman has one older brother and currently resides in Studio City, Los Angeles, California, with his parents, Michael and Laura, and his brother along with their golden retriever, Sadie. He is a close friend of Debby Ryan. There is speculation of the two in a relationship, but neither have confirmed or denied the rumors.
